The ticket price is $100 for one ticket.

Individual purchasers of tickets must be 18 years of age or older and may include officers, members, or directors of the Ohio State Alumni Club of Naples, a 501( c)(4) Corporation (Club), their sponsors, family members, friends, employees and business affiliates. Proceeds of the drawing are to benefit the Naples Dollars for Buckeye Scholars, P.O. BOX 111835 Naples, FL 34108, organized exclusively for the benefit of the Scholars. The Club shall appoint an individual who will be responsible for maintaining security and control of all tickets stubs. Such individual shall certify that each numbered ticket stub of all drawing tickets purchased have been placed in a container, or entered into drawing software from which the winning ticket will be drawn. No more than 750 tickets will be sold. The winner need not be present at the time and place of the drawing and will be notified by phone, email or certified mail return receipt requested. The winner must claim their prize within 10 days of the drawing or a new winner will be selected. The Prize shall have a retail sticker value of $3,500 or more. The Prize on display may not be identical in finishes, features and options to the actual Prize. The exact details of the Prize can be obtained from the Club. Funds raised by Grand Prize Drawing contributions will be used to purchase the Prize. The drawing is subject all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. The winner is responsible for all federal withholding tax and state sales tax when applicable. The Club shall file any and all necessary forms with the IRS on the winner’s behalf, as well as file the IRS Form W-2G (gambling winnings). The winner is deemed to be the name on the winning ticket. The OSU Alumni Club of Naples has not and will not provide any advice or counsel regarding the legal, accounting or tax implications related to the purchase of the ticket or the award. Tickets will be sold until the drawing which will be held at Quail West Golf & Country Club, Naples at 5950 Burnham Rd, Naples, FL 34119, March 19, 2016 between the times of 6:30 p.m.—9:30 p.m. Ohio State Alumni Club of Naples is A 501(c)4 Not-for-Profit organization.
